The transformers serve for the upgrade of the &#8220;Passenger Terminal Subsystem Eastside&#8221; of Rome-Fiumicino Airport.<\/p>\n<p>The high-efficiency Tesar transformers will be used for the construction of the new Boarding Area A (AIA), the new Front 1 of Terminal 1 (AVC), the Connecting Corps (CDC) and for the adaptation and restructuring of the existing Terminal 1, a total surface area of approx. 71,278 sqm (AT1).<\/p>\n<p>Some specifications about the project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>11 high-efficiency transformers<\/li>\n<li>Power ratings of 2,000 kVA<\/li>\n<li>Cast resin dry-type<\/li>\n<li>Supplied in September 2019<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #5587c8;\">About Airport &#8220;Leonardo da Vinci&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/span>Airport \u201cLeonardo da Vinci\u201d, located in Rome-Fiumicino, is an international airport and the major airport in Italy.
