Özgür Soytürk joined R&S Group as of 1 October 2025 and was promoted to MD as of 1 June 2026. Özgür brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience from Siemens Energy and Siemens AG, where he delivered major operational improvements in digital governance, cost-out programs, supply chain transformation, and global procurement.
